Your Forms Should Do More Than Collect Information

Every retailer collects information. Customers fill out contact forms, product interest forms, service requests, appointment requests, event registrations, waivers, membership applications, feedback surveys, and all kinds of other digital or paper documents that have become part of the normal rhythm of doing business.

The problem is that many of those forms do little more than drop information into someone’s lap. Once the customer clicks submit, the business still has to route the request, update the right record, respond appropriately, decide whether the person qualifies for the next step, and notice when the submission reveals a larger issue or a stronger opportunity. The form technically did its job, but it also handed the team another administrative task that now depends on someone seeing it, interpreting it correctly, and acting on it before momentum is lost.

💡 corePOW: Coreware Heat Maps and Employee Scheduling Demo

In this episode of corePOW, Ezra and Joel show how Coreware helps retailers turn raw business data into practical staffing decisions with heat maps and employee scheduling tools. This walkthrough highlights how businesses can compare customer activity patterns with employee coverage so they can make smarter decisions about staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency.

The video revisits Coreware’s sales heat map, which gives users a visual look at when business is busiest based on the darkness of each tile. Instead of digging through disconnected reports, retailers can quickly see which days and hours are producing the most activity and use that information to better understand store traffic and demand patterns.
